IFMA states there are no specific educational or experiential prerequisites for the FMP program and its final assessments.

What you will learn

The FMP covers four modules: Finance and Business; Operations and Maintenance; Leadership and Strategy; and Project Management. You complete a final assessment for each module, then apply for recognition. IFMA describes the FMP as a lifetime credential.
